Joanne Pender Counselling Services
Providing a safe space in a non judgemental and caring setting. Promoting understanding, acceptance and positive life changes.
Welcome
Most people at some time in their lives experience difficulties and feel they are going through a rough patch. Sometimes it is hard to speak to family and friends about these worries. It can be helpful at these times to speak to someone who will listen and accept us as we are.

Counselling can help you express and explore your issue in a safe space. Making room for understanding and compassion. It can help you recognise your own solutions, gain confidence and make changes in your life.
